Executive Summary
| Establish a Vibrant Child Development Center located at 2025 Williston Road, South Burlington, Vermont which will provide a much-needed Pre-Kindergarten Christian childcare and education service to our local community. |
Highlights
| Vibrant currently has most of the facility requirements in place to house a child development center and it is not being utilized Monday thru Friday. Therefore, this plan will not displace any current programs. |
Objectives
| Open a new pre-kindergarten (age 3-5 yrs.) child development center to accommodate a maximum of 28 children. The operation of the center will be under the supervision of a governing board specifically assigned to the center with a projected start date to be determined. |
Mission Statement
| Vibrant Child Development Center is a Bible based ministry dedicated to providing a high-quality program that is designed to promote the physical, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual development of children ages 3-5 years which will meet the needs of the parents in our community. |
Who We Serve
| Our clients are made up of primarily young parents who have pre-kindergarten children ages 3 – 5. Our clients are seeking an academic program that will set their children up for success within the K-12 school system. |

| – We will establish solid policies and procedures that foster quality operations throughout the Center. – We will deliver high quality academic programs that are taught from a Biblical worldview. – We will create superior learning environments within the classroom setting. – We will be the Center where teachers want to work and invest in their careers. |
